Comfort Inn Hyde Park - London

The hotel was fairly clean with superb services. It was based in nice building in an incredible location, very close to tube station. Some of the staff members were courteous. Early check-in was a bonus.

The location is handy, very close to the tube station. And it's nestled in a lovely building very close to lots of shops as well as Bayswater & Queensway tube stations.

The subway's nearby. Breakfast isn't bad. The staff is friendly.

The elevator wasn't working. The room is small.

The location was decent and close to places we visited. The fact that it overlooked street.

Very central location near to Queensway underground, the Park and underground stations, lots of shops and restaurants in immediate area, and Queensway and Bayswater tube stations, QUIET atmosphere. For shots visit Marrakesh Restaurant Bar, nestled within 5 minutes' walk of the hotel.

Consider asking about quieter breakfast times to avoid long waits due to limited space in the dining area.

Can just recommend for a city trip

Cozy room, comfortable bed, with a good size bathroom that was nothing messy for our stay, while being just a short walk from the metro and near excellent dining options.

Lift was broken, making it a challenge to get to the higher floors.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn at the beginning of the week with two other persons, so we needed a triple room. That room was fine for us. We were pleased with everything. On our way through again, at the end of the week, we said "we're back". They asked us what room we stayed in and when we told the gentleman at the desk, he gave us a different (much larger) room. The second time around we needed more information on travel and taxis. They were very informative / helpful.

I loved being just a few steps from the beautiful Kensington Gardens, perfect for leisurely walks in the park while soaking in the city vibes.

Booked easily on line. Staff were very happy to help, over the phone when I had a query before arrival, and face to face. I also while at the Hard Rock Calling Festival phoned them to book another room for the following night. No trouble at all - they took my details & werto arrive later that night. Fantastic.

Rooms were a little small but that's really just for something to write down really!

I needed a hotel that could accomodate three persons in a room. This fit that need. Plus, it is a short walk from Paddington Station and the tube/metro. Kensington Park/ Hyde Park is just down the street and is a good reference point.

No complaints. I am realistic about the prices / hotel sizes, etc... in London.
